This immersive workshop is a multi-dimensional experience designed to help participants tap into their innate creativity. It combines lectures, guided workshops, group discussion, and experiential exercises. At the heart of the experience is a focus on creative self-discovery—participants are encouraged to explore freely, guided by structured activities and intuitive practices. A key feature of the workshop is a sound bath, which supports deep relaxation, inner focus, and heightened creative awareness. This sensory experience complements the hands-on art-making and introspective exercises, allowing participants to access deeper levels of imagination and expression.
A booklet with an outline of the workshop including the experiential exercises and a list of reading material will be provided to each participant. All art materials will be supplied as part of the workshop.
