Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Event or Study Group – Refunds are available, less a $10 administrative fee, up to 7 days before the event or study group. No refund will be made after Study Group has begun.

Paid reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis when classes or seminars are limited.  Full-time students may attend lectures and workshops (not study groups) at 20% off if space is available.

Refund Policy for 2022 Conference – Full refund of conference fees if canceled by August 15, 2022. Fifty-percent refund of conference fees (less $50 registration fee) if canceled by September 1, 2022. No refunds of conference fees after September 1, 2022. A change request to Commuter or Virtual Attendee from a Residential reservation will be charged a $50 change fee. Membership fees are non-refundable.
