August 2nd, 2014: Some things shared by various members of the Board upon reflecting on our 20th anniversary dinner:
“I loved the darkness punctuated by candle flames, like vivid spots of consciousness surrounded by the deep.”
“I enjoyed the stories and energy in the room.”
“A wonderful evening! I enjoyed it enormously–the Friends, the talks, the sharing, the food.”
Someone said “It takes a village…” and another responded “..and we have one”.
